We go here often and are always always happy with our selection. Go to www.noblepig.ca for events and great times. My go to beer is the Mocha porter. We fill a growler full and bring it home to drink. Cheers! The Beers Fascist Pig Pilsner 4.4% Alc/Vol | 40 IBU?s | 1.045 Original Gravity This Pilsner is a deep golden colour with full complex malt tones from the Belgian & German styled crystal malts. Aged a full two months to bring out all its character & complexity. Hopped with only the noblest of hops, the Czech Saaz. These are added in four separate additions. Imperialist Pig English Style IPA 6.5% Alc/Vol | 63 IBU?s | 1.064 Original Gravity Reminiscent of the beers shipped to India from England in the 1800′s. Heavily hopped with five separate additions of American Amarillo, Citra & Cascade hops. This IPA leaves you wanting more. George?s Extra Special Bitter 5.5% Alc/Vol | 33 IBU?s | 1.055 Original Gravity A malty brew that is a blend of five different malts from England. The medium carbonation & the sweetness of the malt are balanced by the generous addition of American & European hops (Styrian Goldings). Munich Helles Lager 4.2% Alc/Vol | 20 IBU?s | 1.043 Original Gravity Golden yellow with a smooth blend of hops & malt. Easy on the taste buds, this beer is a pleaser to all. Honey Badger Pale Ale 2.9% Alc/Vol | 28 IBU?s | 1.033 Original Gravity This Pale Ale is a mild, light, & crisp ?Bitter? as the English would say. With a generous amount of hops to balance the malt, it is a great session beer. Belgium Peppered Ale 5.5% Alc/Vol | 10 IBU?s | 1.053 Original Gravity A variant of the farm ales that can be found in the Wallonia region of Belgium. The yeast, from a Trappist Monk Abbey, imparts interesting exotic flavours. Unfiltered, slightly cloudy. Great pairing with red meats & spicy dishes. Mocha Porter 5.8% Alc/Vol | 33 IBU?s | 1.054 Original Gra
