Canoe Creek Pilsner (Pilsner, 4.8%) - Made with organic malt and organic German Hallertau hop to come across as a legitimate continental-style pilsner. (That is, more like Pilsner Urquell than the bland lagers normally passed off as 'pilsners' in these parts.) 26 IBUs. 2/16/2007

One of my two favourites at this pub: crisp and lightly bitter as a European pilsner should be. I can (and do) consume a lot of these and not lose interest.
